THE PROCESS

Simple for you.
Careful at
every stage.

Send the physical item. We photograph it, prepare the digital asset and give you a clear way to review and use it.

01

Agree & send.

Tell us what you have and how you want to use the result. We confirm suitability, scope, price, packaging and return arrangements before you send anything.

02

Capture & return.

We confirm that your item has arrived and log its photographic capture. Once photography is complete, we arrange its return while reconstruction and digital finishing continue.

03

Review & receive.

Open a private preview and inspect the result. We address corrections within the agreed scope. When you approve and pay the agreed price, we release your final files and viewing link.

A FEW PRACTICAL DETAILS

Before you send it.

What can you capture?

Clothing and physical products. Suitability depends on the material, shape and areas we can photograph. Send us a description first; we will explain any limitations before agreeing the job.

How much does it cost?

We agree a price and scope for your item before it is sent. Return delivery, file requirements and hosting arrangements are made clear at that point.

Is the product AI-generated?

No. The product’s visible shape and photographic appearance are reconstructed from images of the physical item. We do not generate a replacement product from a text prompt. Areas that cannot be photographed need an agreed approach; they are not presented as captured detail.

Can customers use it on their phones?

They can explore a suitable browser model and use AR on compatible devices. AR is for visual presentation; it is not a guarantee of clothing fit or measured scale.

START WITH A CONVERSATION

Tell us about
your item.

A description, quantity and where you want to use it is enough to start.
